Dear Members, first and foremost i would like to apologies for my shortcoming which resulted in not being able to collect enough security fee to pay Rela upfront, as you understand that their service is prepaid and our payment of 50% upfront which was due on the 7th was Rm 7,500, we only managed to collect about slightly less than Rm 5,000, our payment was overdue by 3 days and it is very unfair of Lt Billy not to be able to bear with us for a few more days, he wanted the full sum immeadieately yesterday, and threathened to pull out at that very hour ie 9.30 pm. And he did.
Mr jusbir tried his best to reason with him, almost begging him, to give us another day at least for us to come up with the cash, but to no avail. He would not listen.
However at about 1am about 7 AJK from fasa 3 came to my house and asked me for an explanation, they acepted my explaination that most of the Ajk in our Fasa has not started their collection, thus the shortage in collection,they seemed very annoyed with the Rela for being unreasonable and since there were 2 rela members amongst them, they promised to ask Rela from the Wilayah sector to come over and commence the security, (our Rela is from the Gombak sector) then they followed me at around 1.30am to the guard post and helped me to remove all our walkie talkies and torchlites and fan from the guardpost to the cabin to ensure their safety.
We are having an emergency meeting with the residents of fasa 3 at 8pm tonight to acertain the feedback from the Rela Wilayah sector, therefore i would like to invite all Ajk to be present as well, since this is an emergency session and we need to pool our heads togather to find a soloution to this emergency (lapse in security) also to think about what options to explore if we dont get any other Rela personell from outside Gombak.
However the residents of fasa had proposed that they are willing to form up teams to help patrol our taman at night until we get a replacement, maybe we on our side should take this postively and assist in patrolling our taman till security services are restored, please take this as an opportunity to learn how to manage a crisis when it happens, i am asking for your help and good office to assist me in solving this problem, hope to see all of you at the cabin tonight.Thank you.

Dear all BPRA AJK & AJK Surau,Please be advised that the RELA had pulled out from providing securityservice last night 10pm, as no payment in advance. Please inform yourneighbors and the AJK around your Jalan. Please remit payment of alloutstandings for last year and this year's 1st quarter to Mr. Rada immediately.The sub-comm managing the RELA is Mr. Jusbir Singh, Mr. Woo and Maj Nick.
NOTE : THE AGM IS SCHEDULED ON 07 FEB 2010 10AM AT BPRA CABIN.
